The project is strategically located in Temse, between the Eurolaan, Hoogkamerstraat, and the N16. Its position immediately adjacent to the Temse exit provides exceptional accessibility, while the N16 ensures a direct connection between Temse and Puurs. PROJECT CONCEPT

The project consists of two complementary components, offering both immediately usable space and significant future potential.

The first component comprises a cluster of existing SME units / business spaces, designed for flexibility and scalability. Unit sizes range from 234 m² to 1,000 m², with the possibility to combine units according to the occupier’s needs.
