The property is located along the Budasteenweg in Machelen and is part of a large business area situated between the Vilvoordselaan and the Woluwelaan.
PROJECT CONCEPT
The project entails constructing a business cluster composed of three distinct building volumes, including built-to-suit’s, SME-units and the ability to provide office spaces and showrooms.
Block A and C will contain 2 or more build-to-suits, while Block B will house 5 SME-units. The surfaces will vary in size from 220m² to 3.000m², cumulatively spanning approximately 6.500m². The entire development is planned on a land parcel of around 12.392m².
- SME: 5 units, from 220m² to 300m²
- BTS: 2 to 4 units, from 700m² to 3000m²
The site’s design has been envisioned as a harmonious whole, where space is maximized without compromising the project’s modularity and reversibility. The development will be carried out in one or two phases, ensuring that no part of the site remains unfinished.
