PROJECT CONCEPT
The project entails constructing a business complex composed of three distinct building volumes, totaling 19 SME units. Block B, located to the north, will house 10 units, while Block A to the west will contain 3 units, and Block C in the east will include 6 units. These units will vary in size from 100m² to 496m², cumulatively spanning approximately 4.443m². The entire development is planned on a vacant land parcel of around 9.399m².
